Project supply scopes
Purchasing considerations for a coordinated product package.
Purchasing considerations for a coordinated product package.
These examples show how a supply brief can be organised for hotels, residential fit-outs and fabricators. They do not identify a completed client contract or claim a delivery result.

Guest-Room & Bathroom Package
A room package needs shower surrounds, vanities and casegoods to fit the same approved room layout.

Hotel Furniture & Public-Area Package
A coordinated furniture scheme needs consistent reference finishes while allowing for different room and public-area functions.

Repeat-Unit Bathroom Package
Repeated bathrooms need separate schedules for each layout, including handed bases, glazing openings and vanity configurations.

Sheet & Adhesive Supply for Fabricators
Fabricators need to coordinate the sheet colour, adhesive grade, dispensing system and ordering quantities.
Questions that connect the work packages.
One specification, held
Identify where finishes should match and where different materials are intentional. Keep those decisions in the item schedule.
Physical approval, not screen approval
Record the finish and sample reference for each selected item so the purchasing documents and supplier drawings refer to the same decision.
Timing set before production
Typical production is 20–30 days. Discuss the order schedule and phased receiving requirements together; approvals and transit affect the overall programme.
Tell us what the project needs. We will tell you what is achievable.
Include the product references, quantities, finish requirements and destination. If you have drawings or schedules, identify the current revision and any unresolved details.
Free samples
Samples are free. Product availability, sample format and delivery arrangements are confirmed with your request.
One supplier
Discuss the selected categories together, with inspection and shipping arrangements defined for the order.
