About Anhe Group
Hospitality products, solid surface, furniture and adhesives, coordinated around your requirements.
Products and supply support for interior projects.
Established in 2018 and based in China, Anhe Group supplies hospitality and building products, solid surface, furniture and MMA adhesives. Product selection and supply enquiries can cover a single item or a coordinated interior package.
We supply customers internationally, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, South America, India and Russia. The team also works with hotel-brand projects in North America. The product range is organised so purchasers can discuss related materials, fittings and furniture together.
How we are built
Each enquiry starts with the selected products and the information needed to quote them: dimensions, materials, finish references, quantities and delivery destination. Drawings and samples help turn a general requirement into a defined order specification.
Services such as drawing review, sourcing, sampling, inspection and freight coordination are discussed according to the project. The quotation should identify the selected scope, responsibilities and exclusions.
Four commitments we will be held to.
Specified honestly
Describe how and where the product will be used. Selection should consider the complete application and the relevant product information.
Approved physically
Use physical samples to review tone, texture and finish alongside adjoining materials. Keep the approved reference with the purchasing documents.
Timed in writing
Typical production is 20–30 days. Confirm the schedule for the selected products and quantity; development, approvals and transit can affect the overall programme.
Scoped in advance
Record the products, services, exclusions and shipping terms in the quotation. Agree changes to the scope before they become part of the order.
Six steps, each with an output you can hold us to.
Enquiry & scope
Share product selections, quantities, drawings and the destination. Identify the information still needed for a quotation.
Samples & drawings
Review the selected material or product sample and any component drawings included in the offer. Record revisions and approval references.
Quotation & schedule
Confirm the item list, prices, exclusions, payment terms and proposed production schedule before placing the order.
Production coordination
Use the approved order documents to coordinate the selected items and discuss any changes affecting the specification or schedule.
Inspection & release
Complete the agreed checks and review any open findings before the goods are released for the planned shipment.
Dispatch & follow-up
Confirm packing identification and shipping documents. Retain the order reference for questions about receipt, care or replacement parts.
What sits behind the QC report.
Specification first
Agree the written specification for the order, including dimensions, materials, finishes, tolerances and any approved sample references. Use those documents to define the inspection checks.
Batch traceability
Keep order references, product codes and available batch information. If a replacement is needed, those records help the team identify the original supply; an identical future batch should not be assumed.
Evidence, not assurance
The inspection report carries measurements and photographs. You are given the evidence rather than a statement that everything was fine.
Tell us what the project needs. We will tell you what is achievable.
Include the product references, quantities, finish requirements and destination. If you have drawings or schedules, identify the current revision and any unresolved details.
Free samples
Samples are free. Product availability, sample format and delivery arrangements are confirmed with your request.
One supplier
Discuss the selected categories together, with inspection and shipping arrangements defined for the order.
